Hi, I’m Dawn! Though I no longer attend births, I’m still a midwife in every sense—caring deeply for mothers in ways that go beyond just physical support. I bring the skills honed through years of midwifery care, combined with my training and experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Matrescence & Motherhood coach, and sex educator and coach, plus 18 years of mothering four children.

I know the overwhelm, the frustration, the rage, and the disconnection—but I also understand the joy, love, and moments of awe that make Mothering such a wild rollercoaster experience.

I’ve been (and still am) there, and I’ve learned from it. I’ve seen and felt the essential need for the kind of coaching support I created.     I get it—sex might be the LAST thing on your mind after having a baby. I’ve been there—feeling touched out, exhausted, and disconnected is common. I’ll help you understand the changes that make intimacy feel difficult after birth and guide you to reclaim pleasure, connection, and intimacy in ways that feel right for you. Together, we’ll create a plan of action that helps you feel in control of your body and your relationships again.
